Beautiful Girls.......a small peek!

We loved photographing these three. Best friends and sisters, how perfect. A walk in the woods is always the perfect venue....

It was 30 something degrees in early March with a snowfall on its way.... Brrrrrrrr! It may have been a tad chilly but there was sun and blue skies! We met Brian and Elaine in Downtown Naperville. They are both the perfect blend of style and sweet!  We stopped at Starbuck's half way through the session to warm up and get to know the two as a couple. Sherry and I both met Elaine at Loyola. The three of us worked as nurses in their myriad of Intensive Care Units.  We knew Elaine as a stunningly beautiful, sweet and caring friend and nurse, yet  very particular when it came to men.  We were so excited when she announced that she had found the love of her life, and doubled the excitement when she wanted Sherry and I to photograph both her engagement and wedding!  When we met Brian we knew instantly why he was the one for Elaine! Not only is he genuinely thoughtful but extremely charismatic. We couldn't help but notice how much in love they are.  A few snaps at the Starbuck's and we finished up  the session, romping in the snow!

I love leaving a session feeling genuinely excited for this couple to spend their lives together.

Yet again we got extremely lucky with our weather. A little bit of snow, a tiny bit of wind and sun, and a mere 37 degrees! I do wish that more families would take the opportunity and do a family session in the snow. This family of five took a chance and met us to capture these more than stunning images of these girls and their parents.

Loved that these two chose to marry in the middle of winter! A small quaint wedding was on the agenda! With a gathering of their closest friends and family. I think John Lennon says it best, “A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.”
